Our clients and longtime friends recently returned from a stay at the Four Seasons Maui and we wanted to share with you their thoughts on what a fantastic property it is for families. Here is why they think this resort is great for their family of 4:
“We had a blast. Love the Four Seasons at Wailea. It was actually our fifth time at the resort. In recent trips, we tend to stay on the resort with small excursions. Total relaxation and pampering. The resort offers an abundance of luxury and the service is impeccable. Love how the property literally sits next to the beach, which happens to be one of the best beaches for families…. soft, fine sand, warm water which is calm in the mornings… perfect for snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. The proximity makes it so so easy. Just stroll to the beach. The attendants make sure you have everything… towels, umbrellas, drinks, sun screen, etc. Everything is available.
And my favorite part is the brunch. Best brunch!!! Plus the staff has come to recognize us over the years, which makes it so personal and inviting.
We did have an issue one night with a rowdy wedding party at 2 in the morning. It took about an hour for the management to resolve the situation. It was like a frat party. At a minimum, I was livid, but my anger was not directed at the staff. In fact, they went out of their way to accommodate us.
Their dedication, understanding, and integrity have truly shone brightly. The resort managers and team epitomize the impeccable standards of the Four Seasons. The distinct service of the management and team makes this particular Four Seasons location our favorite vacation spot. It is truly an exquisite experience.”
